Administrative Division Workflow
The ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION is the backbone of the SANWAD Organization. It supports all offices/divisions in terms of human resources, equipment, facilities, materials, property and general services. It comes into play ensuring that every need in the daily operation of SANWAD is available.
This division is divided into two (2) sections, to wit:
Human Resources Section – This section is the over-all responsible for human resource management focusing on all human resource actions such as but not limited to selection, appointment, and promotion in SANWAD. It likewise administers employee welfare and benefits, position classification, wages and salaries ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations prescribed by the CSC (Civil Service Commission), DBM (Department of Budget and Management), and COA (Commission on Audit). It also assists the GM as the appointing authority and at the same time Disciplining Authority on all human-resource related matters.
Property/Supply Section – Responsible for all SANWAD supplies, materials, properties, facilities, equipment and stock inventories. It performs storekeeping functions such as issuances/releases of supplies, receipt and inspection of supply deliveries. It is also responsible for the proper maintenance of all service vehicles and heavy/transportation equipment and all office equipment and facilities.
Aside from the above, the Administrative Division is also responsible for office security, insurance of office/plant buildings and its facilities, fidelity bonds of accountable officers and Administrative operation focuses on administrative matters such as taking care of human resources, properties, physical assets/resources, general services such as security/housekeeping, and providing for the operational needs of each division/office in SANWAD.
