REQUIREMENT/S:

  • Water bill notice (Old or New)

 

REMINDERS:

  1. It is important to bring the billing notice when paying water bill. If you failed to bring the billing notice with you, please proceed to the customer service desk to ask for your account number.
  2. Check payment/s should be made payable to Santiago Water District or SANWAD. At the back of the check, please write your account number, account name and contact number.
  3. Please pay your water bill on or before the Payment Due Date as stated in your Billing Notice to avoid 10% penalty charge.
  4. Always keep a copy of official receipt as proof of payment.
