REQUIREMENTS:

  • Photo copy of any valid government-issued ID
  • Photo copy of Proof of Ownership, any of the following:
    • Lot Title
    • NHA Certification
    • Tax declaration
    • Deed of sale
    • Award given by Developer
    • Authority to Occupy/Contract of Lease
    • Barangay Certificate
  • 2 pcs. 2×2 colored picture

     Applicants are required to submit all the requirements listed above at the Customer Service section for the installation of New Water Service Connection. If requirements are complete, application can normally be accomplished in One (1) hour. All fees and rates are subject to change in accordance with the existing policies and consumers will be notified prior to the implementation thereof.

STEPS IN APPLYING NEW SERVICE CONNECTION

NOTES:

  1. Delay happens when data supplied are incomplete and/or absence of signatory/ies.
  2. Installation may take more than the usual 4 hours to complete the project if activities e.g concrete breaking, cutting and excavation would be performed.
